Through keynote speaking, Gretchen has worked with companies such as Virgin Galactic, Capital One, Califia Farms, Mirantis, The Aspen Institute, Liberty Mutual, BOA Fit Systems, Lululemon, Oakley, Wanderlust and The Chopra Foundation to share stories of breakdown and breakthrough that contributed to achieving her childhood dream of becoming an Olympian. 

Along her journey, Bleiler realized that HOW she became an Olympian was equally important, if not more important, to actually becoming an Olympian.  This shift in focus helped her uncover a formula for navigating the fear and uncertainty that was preventing her from living up to her potential.  A blueprint that applies to life well beyond the world stage, Gretchen now shares this story and formula with others in hopes of empowering and inspiring a more purpose filled and joyful way of working towards ones dreams and goals.
